Sycamore Disability & Business is run by independent consultant Alice, who is an Access to Work Adviser, Disability Inclusion Consultant and Workplace Needs Assessor. She helps employers and neurodivergent, chronically unwell, and disabled people put the right support in place to create inclusive workplaces and keep people in work.
