Product information - Drishti
For many blind and low-vision people, everyday tasks like reading a label, cooking, shopping, or getting around still require help from others. Accessible formats like Braille exist, but not everything is available that way. Drishti is the world's most affordable AI-powered smart glasses solution, with 90% accuracy — built to change that. It helps visually impaired users understand their surroundings, access information, and carry out daily tasks independently. The glasses connect to the Drishti Vision mobile app, which works in both online and offline modes, keeping data secure and private. They provide real-time audio guidance, weigh just 49g, record in 1080p HD, last up to 6 hours on a 30-minute charge, include 32GB of storage, and support over 100 languages. Drishti has already impacted the lives of over 1,000 visually impaired people — giving many of them a level of independence and confidence they didn't have before.
What Drishti Enables
Access to Written Information
Reads out text from signs, menus, documents, and labels, making everyday information accessible in the moment without relying on others. It can also identify and read different currencies, helping users manage transactions with greater confidence.
Understanding Surroundings in Real Time
Provides live descriptions of people, objects, and environments, helping users stay aware and oriented wherever they are.
The Ability to Ask and Understand Instantly
Users can ask questions about what they see and receive clear, real-time responses making unfamiliar situations easier to navigate. The system supports recognition across 100+ languages, enabling use in diverse environments.
More Confident, Independent Navigation
Supports users in moving through indoor and outdoor spaces with greater ease, reducing dependence on constant assistance.
Real-World Impact
Drishti has already impacted over 1,000 visually impaired users, supporting greater independence in daily life. Through collaborations with NGOs and CSR initiatives, the technology has been deployed in community settings where accessibility tools are often limited.
Users report increased confidence, improved mobility, and a stronger sense of dignity in navigating everyday situations.
“For the first time, I can walk into a place and understand what’s around me without asking for help.” — Drishti user
Designed for Accessibility, Not Adapted to It
Unlike general-purpose smart glasses, Drishti is purpose-built specifically for accessibility. It is designed to work reliably in real-world conditions—across varied lighting, environments, and use cases—ensuring consistent support where it matters most. ead: UK and Global Accessibility Ecosystems
