Michelle has spent her career helping organisations improve accessibility and inclusion through the effective use of assistive technology. With extensive experience across Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA), higher education and strategic partnerships, she has worked in roles spanning needs assessment, quality assurance, operational leadership and service development.
Now leading education and partnerships at Aventido, Michelle collaborates with education providers and employers to develop innovative, inclusive approaches that support disabled learners and apprentices.
As a Director of BATA, Michelle is passionate about championing assistive technology, encouraging collaboration across the sector and helping shape the future of accessible, person-centred technology that empowers people to achieve their goals.
