Welsh Language Technology Resources: Current Provision from the Language Technologies Unit (Techiaith)

This presentation provides an overview of the Welsh language technology resources currently available from the Language Technologies Unit (Techiaith) at Bangor University. It covers the Unit's provision across six areas: terminology dictionaries, natural language processing resources, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, machine translation and conversational AI. The session will outline what each resource offers, how it can be accessed and integrated, and how the Unit's work supports the wider adoption of Welsh in digital services, research and public life.
