Charlotte is Sales and Marketing Director at Smartbox, leading customer engagement across the UK and global markets. She oversees teams spanning AT Specialists, Technical Support, Marketing Communications, and leads Smartbox's safeguarding, funding and awareness initiatives to improve access to AAC for the people Smartbox supports. Her motivation is to raise awareness of AAC and AT in underserved communities and to work to improve funding and provision around the world to ensure no one is left without a voice.
Prior to this, she worked at the Workforce Development Trust, delivering communications, research, and events programmes in partnership with organisations including NHS England, Health Education England and the Ministry of Justice.
