The Logan ProxTalker communication device is robust and easy to use and support. The user, child or adult, selects a sound tag, recognisable by symbol, word,tactile symbol or photo, places it on the device and it will play the recorded message. Recording time is up to 8 seconds per tag so recording can be single word, phrase or complete sentences making it suitable for a wide range of communication levels.The ProxTalker is delivered with 80 prerecorded tags for easy out of the box use. Whilst it was desinged by a father for his non verbal son who has autism it is being widely used as both a communication aid and classroom tool across a wide age and ability range.
