BATA DSA Suppliers Group
The British Assistive Technology Association group of registered suppliers of
assistive technology hardware, software, training, support and other solutions funded
by Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSA).
Our Aims:
- To campaign for the rights and interests of disabled students and others who need
Assistive Technology in order to access learning, particularly in the UK;
- To provide expert and impartial support and advice to government departments, agencies
and the public on the benefits of assistive technology and how it can best be used
to ensure access to education;
- To promote the highest standards of ethics and service quality in supplying assistive
technology, specialist support and training to students and others with disabilities;
- To take all steps necessary to ensure that we are able to work with high standards
and to create long term sustainable organisations that offer Value for Money and
meet the needs of all stakeholders including individual customers, employees, professionals,
suppliers, partners, funders and our environment.
